As the CEO of Nabawi Garden Sdn Bhd – Nabawi Garden Intergrated Islamic School, Tuan Haji Abdul Razak is responsible for running all facets of the business. Tuan Haji Abdul Razak is a graduate of Dip. In Mechanical Engineering (Manufacturing). Before instituting a business, Tuan Haji Abdul Razak previous working experiences includes Mechanical Technician and Aircraft Maintenance Technician at several Aviation company in between 2006-2010.
Tuan Haji Abdul Razak together with his wife, Puan Hjh Sharifah Abu Bakar opened a prominent Preschool franchise program termed as The Little Caliphs Program. Currently, Tuan Haji Abdul Razak has a proven executive management track record and over 10 years of experiences in the education field. He serves as the CEO of Khalifah Mentari Sdn.Bhd through the establishment of 3 kindergartens under Tadika Khalifah Mentari with 460 students. He specializes in kindergarten operation and he is also a marketing expert with over 10 years of industry experiences. His expertise is to help companies to evaluate revenue, optimize sales and marketing processes to increase productivity. At his established kindergarten, he led the transformation into an enterprise-focused company by expanding their branches year over year. Tuan Haji Abdul Razak also served as a consultant beforehand and online marketing trainer for Little Caliphs International Sdn Bhd outlets all over Malaysia.

Puan Hjh. Sharifah Bt Abu Bakar earned her degree in Bachelor of Business Administration from Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM, Upon the completion of her bachelor degree, Puan Sharifah served as Administrative at Innovation & Commercialisation Centre, UPM from 2006 – 2011, and hold the same position from 2011-2012 in Research & Management, UPM. Before founding her own business, she also served as Administrative Support at Maybank in 2005. ). Prior to Khalifah Mentari Sdn.Bhd and Nabawi Garden Integrated Islamic School, Puan Hjh. Sharifah Bt Abu Bakar held a position as a teacher at two schools in Petaling district in 2005.
With an intention to create as many education institution together with her husband, Tuan Hj Abdul Razak, she leads her management team to mentor, coach, and support the three Tadika Khalifah Mentari Little Caliphs in Bandar Sunway, Taman Medan and Sri Manja. As the Chief Academic Officer of, she has been coaching her team of educators until Khalifah Mentari Sdn. Bhd has one of the best qualities kindergarten in PJ
Puan Hjh. Sharifah Bt Abu Bakar has been recognized for her passion and commitment in teaching children towards having Islamic mannerism and sound Aqidah.

Puan Hjh. Sabariah Faridah earned her degree in BSc. Chemistry from Carleton University, Ottawa, Canada (1986) and a Masters degree in Early Childhood Education. She is currently pursuing her PHD in ECE at UNIRAZAK. She is also the founder of The Little Caliphs Program and the Chief academic officer of Little Caliphs International Sdn.Bhd. She also founded Integrated Islamic School Shah Alam that has been around for the past 13 years with a total of 800 students. . She is a concerned Muslimah, a mother of five children, and a high spirited educationist.
She is the Founder and Executive Director of Integrated Islamic School Shah Alam (IISSA), as well as the trainer, consultant, and academic author of The Little Caliphs Curriculum, an Islamic-English-Creative preschool programme that she leads with her husband, Haji Roslan bin Nordin. She provides and monitor the programs under her supervision to make certain that the holistic education standards are met and that regulations are followed.
